PS I Love You

A grieving young widow discovers that her late husband has left her a list of tasks revealed in 10 messages, delivered anonymously, intended to ease her out of grief and transition her to a new life.

I watched this movie and I cried several times. Like tears running down my face crying. The thing is, it was an ok movie but I enjoyed the book more. Right now my pms has taken my hormones out for a joy ride. So I don't know if I cried because the movie made me cry or cause its that time of the month.

One of the things that bugged me was Hilary Swank. I've never really cared for her and to me, she didn't fit the part of Holly.

Another thing, and totally unrelated to the movie, was James Marsters aka Spike from Buffy and Angel. Soooo odd seeing him as a brunette and with his American accent.

The movie had its cute moments but it was just ok. Read the book. It's better.

I actually really loved this movie. It combines many of my favorite things. Ireland. Irish Accents. Gerard Butler. Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Gerard Butler and Jeffrey Dean Morgan with IRISH ACCENTS.

Yea, wasn't in love with Hillary Swank but I really liked the movie.

But I also haven't read the book.

I didn't read the book either. And I liked this more than I did 27 Dresses. LOL

My coworker, his girlfriend lives out of town, and he saw this movie on the flight back to Winnipeg. He said he was in the back of the plane-CRYING. He's a macho guy, so to admit to crying, I kind of laughed at him. hehe

Ditto. I didn't care for Swank either and I found the character of Holly to be too odd. I just didn't really understand her.

I cried also though and I don't believe I was pmsing. There were painful moments in the movie but that didn't seem to out weigh the rest of what was wrong.

I prefered 27 Dresses but then I know the lyrics to Benny and the Jets ;)

Mollie- I have to say I did enjoy Gerard Butler and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. the rest... meh.

Ames- Really? See I enjoyed 27 dresses more.

Cindys- I thought the part with Benny and the Jets was too cute. :)
