She's baaaaaacccckkkkk....
Man, as evil Katherine is...I like her. She's the complete opposite of Elena and I think that Nina is doing a bag up job of portraying both characters. Katherine brings female sass to the show and it goes well with Damon's brooding sense of humor.
I freaking love the both of them.
The Vampire Diaries is back and better than ever, I think. I thought last night's episode was a real bang up season premiere and it set up a lot of storylines that I'm anxious to get more from. The episode started with a bang and ended with a great big giant KABOOM as well.
And I ate it all up.
We have about six TV's in our house and one of the main shows that we've been looking forward to (besides Jersey Shore) is The Vampire Diaries. We all watch this show. It's sexier than Twilight and I'd bang Stefan AND Damon long before I'd bang Edward and it's really just a good freaking show.
There were highs for me and the highs were seeing Damon and Stefan bickering all over again. Damon telling Stefan that he tried to steal his girl (again) and smarting for a fight that Stefan didn't give him because he knows that Katherine is trying to tear them apart so that she can have her little fun and Stefan won't give her the time of day. But then again, Stefan is the all perfect one. Everyone wants Stefan. That's what Katherine used against Damon and I hated to see that it worked just a tiny bit.
But it's all going to add to the drama that will pour forth throughout the season and man but I can't wait!
While I was watching the show last night, I realized something. I'm Team Damon. I love that Damon is far from being perfect. I love that he always has something smart and asshole-ish to say and I love that he just doesn't give a damn about anything...except Elena.
And I love how they're showing what is shaping out to be a really complex relationship between Elena and both brothers. My heart broke for Damon when he asked Elena why she was surprised that he kissed her and she said she wasn't, she was surprised that he actually thought she'd kiss him back.
Oohhh, it was the perfect dig to cause Damon to lose a bit of his control and kill Jeremy. Holy goodness, when he broke Jeremy's neck, I thought HOLY CRAP but alls well that ends well because in my heart of hearts, I know that Damon knew that Jeremy was wearing John's ring.
The lows of the show can all be wrapped up in one person. Bonnie. I hate that hypocritical bitch. I hate that she can hate Damon for doing what's natural to him and then not see how her not coming through on the spell hurt a lot of innocent people. Like it's only okay for her to hurt people. Ugh, Caroline's in the hospital because of that stupid tramp and I can't freaking stand her. I was so hoping that Katherine would kill her but Katherine didn't hear my pleas because Bonnie lives to see another day.
Damn.
Tyler is going to get a lot of screen time this season, I just know it with him being a werewolf and all. I'm mighty curious to see how he finds out about his condition and what the heck kind of drama that whole discovery is going to bring to the show because you know drama is waiting to unfold around that hairy corner.
His Uncle Mason is a freaking hottie and I can't wait to see if he goes after Jenna too. With so many older hotties coming into the mix and only Jenna around that's there age, it's going to be funny to see it all come together.
The way that the show ended brought on a lot of questions, so Caroline's a vampire now? What the heck is Katherine doing back in Mystic Falls and what could she possibly want revenge for with the Salvatore brothers? And what the hell kind of idiotic crap is Damon going to get himself into? So much to look forward to and this season premiere did nothing to relieve my questions...the writers did their job extremely well because last night's episode of The Vampire Diaries left me a greedy wench because I want more and more and more.
Man but it's going to be a good season, I can already feel it. Bring on the vamps...and the wolves! Yay us!
Until next week...
Pretty Little Liars: The Madness Begins.
Posted by: Rowena in Pretty Little Liars, TV Shows, Wena's Shows
Around the YA blogosphere, talk about the new ABC Family Show, Pretty Little Liars has been rampant. Everyone has been talking about it and blogs like Alea from Pop Culture Junkie and The Story Siren have even participated in a fun game put on by ABC Family to celebrate the series premiere and all of the activity and buzz around the internet definitely had me curious to see how the show would be.
This series is based on the Pretty Little Liars series written by YA author, Sara Shepard. I found the following blurb about the TV show on the ABC Family website.
Check it out:
Rosewood is a perfect little town. So quiet and pristine, you'd never guess it holds so many secrets. Some of the ugliest ones belong to the prettiest girls in town -- Aria, Spencer, Hanna and Emily, four estranged friends whose darkest secrets are about to unravel.
One year ago, Alison, the Queen Bee of their group, disappeared and the girls swore they'd never tell what really happened that night. They thought their secrets would bond them together, but just the opposite is true. Then again, who's to say what the truth is in Rosewood. It seems everyone in town is lying about something.
Now, as the mystery surrounding Alison's disappearance resurfaces, the girls begin getting messages from "A," saying – and threatening – things only Alison would know. But it couldn't be Alison. Could it? Whoever it is, they seem to know all the girls' secrets, and seem to be watching their every move. The girls are friends again, but will they be there for each other if their dark secrets come to light?
After the show ended, I nodded. It was pretty good. I mean, the whole teacher/student thing is kind of iffy to me but I'm curious enough about the show to keep watching. At least for the next little while. I'm not sure if this is a show that I'll continue to watch because I can see myself losing interest but for now, it's caught my attention and I'll be tuning.
Did anyone else watch this show? What are your thoughts?

So Season Two of Drop Dead Diva is finally under way and I can't be more excited for it.
Last season, we left off with Jane meeting her husband for the first time since the accident. I spent the entire fall, wondering who the hell that guy was and where the hell has he been for all these months since Jane came out of the hospital.
Well, come to find out, she married him to save his life to give him health insurance because he had leukemia, I think it was. It was some kind of life threatening disease and he wouldn't get treatment if she didn't marry him and get him the health care that he needed.
How nice is Jane?
Over the course of the episode, Jane is trying to juggle meeting her husband and finding out what he wants, what happened between them (because of course, she doesn't know) and keeping her husband and her boyfriend, Tony away from each other. Its kind of hard because Tony is representing her for her disbarment hearing/trial and things just got really sticky.
In this episode, we see Grayson softening toward Jane on a totally platonic plane. We see this by the way that he stands by Jane when she's up for disbarment. He goes to all of her hearings and he tells her that he supports her. He even went to Parker and told Parker that the firm should stand behind Jane because what Jane did was ethically sound. Parker didn't go for it at first but he came around just like I knew he would and I liked him at the end of the day.
Kim testifies against Jane and that got my blood boiling because who the hell is Kim? Ugh, she gets on my nerves. I'm really glad that whatever was between her and Grayson is over with because they haven't really been seeing much of each other.
This season promises to be just as fantastic as the first season was and I cannot wait for more Jane goodness. I'm loving getting to see Stacy and Fred again. I'm loving how this episode ended and I look forward to more from Tony and Jane...and then Grayson and Jane too.
Do you guys think that Grayson and Jane are going to eventually end up together or will it be Tony and Jane? Who do you want her to be with?
Wait...is anyone else out there watching Drop Dead Diva with me? Let's talk!

This news comes via @ShiriAppleby on Twitter:
We did it!! Life Unexpected got it's second season!! Time to celebrate!! http://bit.ly/93X2Nb
Woo frickin' hoo! This show was one of my most favorite shows this season, I can't wait for next season!

I saw the commercials promoting this show long before it premiered this past week and I was interested in checking it out but it wasn't this show that I had to watch, you know?
But boy am I glad that I tuned in to the series premiere because I thought it was just too cute for words.
The main premise of the show is 16 year old Lux has been thrown into the foster care system and she's been shuffled from one bad situation to another and would like to be emancipated. In order to get that ball rolling, she needs to get the signatures of her birth parents and she finds her father, Nathaniel Basil, tracks him down and surprises him with her news of her being his daughter. Nate never knew he had a daughter out there and even though he was caught off guard by her, I thought that even with the slight blip at the beginning, he handled the situation with grace.
Watching the beginning of Lux and Nate's relationship was too cute. I thought it was adorable and then when Cate Cassidy (the Mom) gets thrown into the picture, things got more interesting. Cate's got this huge chip on her shoulder and seeing her work through them and then try to reconnect with the daughter that she thought was well taken care of, seeing her deal with meeting up with that old fling from high school was very interesting and you can just tell that things are only going to get better. Things are going to get complicated, messy and with all of her unresolved issues, I can't wait to see all of that unfold as the series progresses.
I've got pretty high hopes for this show so I'll definitely be tuning in every week to find out what's going on. I definitely recommend this show to those of you viewers out there who enjoy shows like Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls because this show is very reminiscent of those shows. SO GOOD, watch it!
Is it Monday yet?

I EFFING LOVED IT!
The fall finale for Glee was off the chains fantastic! The shit has hit the fan with Will and Terri (well that was last week) and this week, the shit hit the fan for Puck and Quinn. No matter what anyone thought about Rachel for telling Finn the truth, I was cheering my ass for her! I wasn't mad that she told Finn for purely selfish reasons, she's the frickin' bomb! I am not kidding, Rachel has an amazing voice. When she got up there and she sang that opening number, I sat there with tears in my eyes. It was so good! They were so much better than the other jocker knockers anyway. The entire season so far brought us to tonight's episode.....SECTIONALS and I was so hot damn proud of New Directions especially Rachel. She was amazing tonight!
There was so much went on tonight. Finn found out the truth about Quinn and Puck, Quinn tells Puck she's still giving the baby to Terri, Schuester leaves Terri, Ken dumps Emma, Finn saves Glee, Rachel wows the crowd, THEY WIN SECTIONALS and Will kisses Emma! So much greatness in one episode! I love it!
Mercedes did a phenomenal job of singing You're Gonna Love Me. I mean, she tore that song up! It was great! I love that Rachel is trying harder to get along with everyone. When she spilled the beans to Finn and Finn attacked Puck and then they said that Rachel told him and she was like, "No I didn't!" and then Finn said, "Yeah, Rachel told me" I was dying. I was rollin' because poor Rachel but what was even funnier was when Rachel goes up to Quinn afterwards and says, "I completely understand if you want to beat me up but if you could...just please avoid my nose" Frickin' Rachel.
I loved how Finn saved the day even though he was hurting and I loved how he was still not making up with either Quinn or Puck and I love that now he's available to let Rachel help him get over Quinn. YAY! I love that they won Sectionals and I love that everything from the beginning of the season was settled and we'll have new things to look forward when the show comes back after the fall hiatus.
Finn is so frickin' gorgeous and Puck is a dirty whore and I love them both!
When they're performing at Sectionals, I had the biggest grin on my face and everytime they showed Schuester and we saw him get all teary eyed, I got all teary eyed as well. I think they did such a good job and seriously, what had me crackin the hell up was the judges meeting after the performances. Candy and Rod were hilarious.
I'm serious, this whole episode was fanfrickintastic and I'm bummed that we'll have to go without fresh episodes of Glee but I think I'll be okay. I'm going to be watching all of the old shows until then and I'm so frickin' anxious for more. Oh! And who loved the last song they all sang for Schuester, how they combined all of the dance moves from the season and meshed them all into one routine was great. I loved it! It was nice to reminisce through the season through the dance moves. So clever!
Oh and Sue is still a bitch but I even look forward to what happens when she gets back from getting more browner, haha.
Is it spring yet?
Izzy does a run down of her favorite shows and because I'm too lazy to type out separate posts I'm going to copy her and just summarize my thoughts on my shows from this week. I'll cover all of the shows that Izzy didn't cover in her post.

Cougar Town: This has fast become one of my favorite shows. I've got a lot of those this season, it would seem but who cares, I'm still loving all of them. I was bummed to hear that Cougar Town was shutting down production but relieved to hear that it was just so that Courtney Cox could attend to some personal problems she's got going on and not because it was being cancelled.
*Whew*
This show is shaping up to be one of the most funniest shows on TV right now. I'm loving Jules Cobb and I'm loving the cast of characters that make up this show. From Travis to Ellie and Andy to Bobby to Grayson to Lori, I love them all. They each bring a uniqueness to this show that never fails to have me laughing my ass off every single week. This past week was Jules birthday and she's being bullied by one of the women that she used to be friends with. The scene where both Lori (the Tramp) and Ellie (the Bitch) go after Shanna (the bully) in the bar at the resort had me dying.
Ellie: Hey Shawna.
Shanna: It's Shanna.
Ellie: Oh, nobody cares. You're being mean to our friend Jules and we won't allow it. You see, Mongo right here? She's going to kick the ever living crap out of you if you don't stop.
Lori: Yeah, she's going to hold your hands down and I... WILL BEAT YOU!
Ellie: Enjoy your drink.
Hahahaha, I rewound that part over and over again because it just made me laugh to see Lori show Shanna how she was going to be beat her. Too frickin' funny.
And then when Grayson tells Jules that he'll check on Travis while she's away and then kicks a girl out of the house and Travis "comes out" to him? Oh man, it was too frickin' funny. The look on Grayson's face, the confession Grayson shares with Travis, the money he pays Travis to keep his mouth shut and then Andy's comment at the end? Dude, hilarious!
I'm telling you, if you're not watching this show you need to be. It is too funny and I love it!

This show just keeps getting better and better each week. I'm so glad that I stuck with this show because in the beginning of the season, I wasn't too sure if I would or not. As cute as Stefan and Damon are, I didn't think it'd be enough to keep me interested but man oh man, the writing is getting fantabulous on this show! I'm hecka loving it.
Lots of things to be excited about. Is the Teacher a good guy or a bad guy? What is Damon going to do with this new bit of information about there being a way to free the 27 vamps and Katherine from underneath the Church? Holy goodness, do you guys think it's going to be a fight between Bonnie and Damon? Bonnie is going to have to step up her witch powers and take Damon's evilness on. I can't wait to see! I was glad that the Teacher (forget his name) staked Logan because I couldn't stand him no way. I just hope that the teacher really does care for Jenna. I like seeing them together. They're cute and I want the teacher to be a good guy. My theory is that he is a good guy but we're not sure because he seems bad.
The whole thing with Jeremy...what did Damon do to him? Why is he all on the straight and narrow path now? Weird. So from last week's episode, are we to assume that Tyler will have a storyline in the works? Hmm. I'm excited!
Stefan and Elena were too cute last week. When Elena confessed her love for him, I about melted into a puddle of AWWWW. How frickin' yummy is Stefan too? Good gosh, those abs? I want to lick him. I loved it and then when the episode ending with Elena in the car accident and the thing that she ran over making itself right again, I'm like, whoa dang and she doesn't have her charm thingy to help her...WHAT WAS THAT? A vampire? A werewolf? Are there werewolves in this series? Man oh man, I can't wait! I need my VD fix and I don't think we're getting one this week, huh? Am I mistaken? Hmm again.
Can't wait for more Vampire Diaries!

Fringe. Man, this show is getting good. Every week, something is happening and I keep trying to piece the puzzle pieces together and every week I find out that they don't fit. I should be annoyed but I'm not. I'm intrigued. This show is getting good and I can't for the life of me figure out what the hell Peter Bishop's deal is. Is he dead? Is he from a parallel universe? Did they bring him back or keep him alive or what? Man, he's my favorite character on the show and it's killing me that I don't know what is up with him.
This past episode where the Observers interfere to save a person's life was a good one. I can't tell you exactly what made it a good one, I only know that I really enjoyed it and can't wait for more.
I'm also anxious for some more Olivia and Peter action. Are they going to become a couple or what? Stop teasing me and let them hook up already. Walter Bishop continues to crack me up with his crazy antics but his smarts is amazing. I love that man!
Okay, that's enough from me for now...I talked too much and my fingers feel like they're going to fall off. But yeah, those are my thoughts. I'll be back soon.

Okay, seriously? This show is the bomb. I love it. I love that they don't focus solely on Rachel and Finn. I love that each show they showcase the other characters and they make the other characters more three dimensional and last night's episode was great!
I am a big Artie fan so I was excited to see him get his night to shine in the spotlight for a moment.
Moreover, I love Kurt and it was great to see him make that sacrifice for his Pops! As much as I like the adults, I love when the shows are more focused on the students because really, that's the heart of the show. Those kids and their glee club. Seriously, there was too much to love about last night's episode. There was all of the Artie goodness, his crush on Tina and Tina's kiss, Kurt and Rachel's diva-off for the solo on Defying Gravity, the Rachel and Finn moments (yay! I've missed seeing these two hanging out), seeing the depth of Puck's feelings for a totally undeserving Quinn, Kurt throwing the diva off so that he could protect his father from all of the gay bashing. My cup runneth over with all the Glee goodness from last night. I loved it!
The whole thing with Sue took me off guard. I wasn't expecting that because Sue is such a bitch but I'm glad that they humanized her. I wonder what's going to happen. I must have missed what happened with I forget the girl's name that she added to the Cheerios. Do you guys know what happened with her or what's going to happen with her? Do we know what Sue has up her sleeve?
My favorite part of the night was seeing the sensitive, trying to make everything work and be there for Quinn part of Puck. Since the beginning of the show, he's been such an ass and I was not a fan of him. Truth be told, he never even registered on my radar before the past couple of weeks and the more that we get to see of him, the more I love him. I can't get over how big of a bitch Quinn is. But even though we all know that Quinn is a bitch, how gorgeous is she now that she's not wearing that stupid ass Cheerios uniform?
I mean, look at her!
Now if only she wasn't such a bitch to both Finn and Puck then I'd probably like her better.
I really enjoyed the musical selections from last night's episode with a tie for my favorite being between Defying Gravity with Rachel and Kurt and then Artie's rendition of Dancing with Myself. Loved them both! Next week is going to be interesting to see Rachel developing a schoolgirl crush on Schuester, haha. I'm already laughing.
What was your favorite part of last night's Glee?
A Catch Up of What I've Been Watching...
Posted by: Rowena in Glee, One Tree Hill, The Good Wife, The Vampire Diaries, Wena's Shows...these days.
I've been pretty lazy at writing up my thoughts on the shows that I watch and I don't really have an excuse other than I'm just...lazy to do it. But I thought that I'd catch up with my thoughts so that I can keep track of the shows that I'm watching and what I'm thinking on them at the moment. Starting with...
One Tree Hill: Lots of things going on with the folks of Tree Hill. Nathan is in negotiations for a new contract and some hooker from a party that him and Clay threw comes back claiming to be pregnant with his kid and throws his life for a loop. Haley's on the fence about believing him especially since the girl's phone number shows up on Nathan's phone bill and you can see the toll it takes on little Jamie because he's so confused and what not. Everything washes out and Nathan comes out on top because he refuses to pay and the most unlikeliest of allies helps to clear Nathan...Dan.
Brooke is having issues of her own. Her boyfriend has been working with her model and fails to tell her that her model got naked for her boyfriend and so not surprisingly, she's pissed. Julian apologizes and they work on their problems only to have Alex (Brooke's model) keep popping up. This past week, Brooke has a pregnancy scare (well pregnacy hope is more appropriate to describe Brooke's feelings over the whole thing) and when she finds out that she's not pregnant, she's disappointed and then further disappointed when Julian leaves their date to go to Alex. It's pretty crazy to see Brooke not the confident bitchy Brooke that we used to know. I miss that Brooke and I really need her to realize her worth before she drives me up the frickin' wall. She got by without Julian before and she'll do it again and kick Alex's ass already. Julian is an idiot and Alex is a dumb broad. Brooke can do way better than the both of them.
The newcomers to the show, Clay and Quinn are going to start bumping uglies pretty soon. Right now, they're helping Clay get over his dead wife and Quinn is trying to move on from her soon to be ex husband. This story is pretty lame, especially since they both get on my nerves and I hate looking at Quinn talk, she talks funny and her eyes are dead. Meh, not excited about this storyline, I could care less about the others. These two make me miss Lucas and Peyton so much more than I let on. What makes me laugh is that Quinn looks more like she'd be Rachel's sister than Haley and she's too goody good. It gets on my nerves. Haha on Clay, the Bobcats straight pulled a Trevor Ariza on your ass...what is he going to do now?
Overall this show isn't getting me as excited as I used to be. I miss the old cast. I want the old cast back together again, all these new people just annoy me.
Next up is...
The Good Wife. This show is shipping up to be a fantastic show. I love it. This is one of the few shows that I must watch AS it's showing and while I'm recording it. It's the one show that me and my friend Foti watch together. It's funny because we watched the first episode while we were chatting and we were just curious about the show, it had a good synopsis and I'm was curious enough that I remembered when it came on and after that first episode, I was hooked. I seriously heart Alicia. I think she rocks! She's so smart and she's so good at what she does that it's great to see her in action each week. I personally do not want her to get back with Peter, I want her to hump Will but I also want her to hook up with Ryan from last night's episode. I know that we'll be seeing more from him in the coming episodes (we so better after last night's ep) and I'm so excited to see so many different storylines opening up. Peter is due in court, her son is investigating the pictures that were taken of his dad and the hooker, Alicia and all of the layoffs and what not. She's got a lot on her plate right now and it's going to be a really good time trying to figure everything out and watch things unfold. Can I just say that I LOVE THE INDIAN GIRL! She's my favorite character on the show, she just flat out rocks!
And we're moving on to...
Glee: This is flat out my most favoritest show of the season. I still think that Finn is dumber than a box of rocks but his dimply smile and his angelic voice makes me forget about the dim lightbulb that is his brain. Quinn still annoys the snot out of me so she's doing her job right and Rachel, Rachel, Rachel, Rachel...I really enjoyed her and Puck being together. I wanted it to last longer than an episode though, maybe they'll resurrect that storyline at a later date but dude, did you guys see that Puck tells Mercedes the truth about the real baby daddy? I'm anxious to see how that pans out because you know Mercedes got a big mouth and you know that she's gonna tell Kurt and Kurt's gonna tell Tina, who's gonna tell Artie and then it's all going to get back to Finn who is going to be confused because he still thinks that babies can be conceived in a hot tub with no penetration. Idiot!
I'm curious to see what will happen between Will and Emma too. Emma better not marry Ken because even though her eyes look like they're going to pop out of her head at any moment which makes her look like the crazy lady who had too much to drink at the company party, I still like her. I like her enough to not want her to be with Ken. Ken creeps me out more than something really creepy that I can't think of right now but you know what I mean. As dumb as I think Finn is, I think Will is dumber. How in the world does he not know that Terri is not pregnant? How in the world is she able to keep that fake pregnancy a secret from him? How? HOW WILL? Buy a clue and go where your heart is...Emma.
This show is definitely shaping up to a really great one and I couldn't be happier with it. Well, yes I can because I would be happier if they explored the Rachel and Puck thing a bit further but it's okay, I still heart this show!
Last but definitely not least....
Vampire Diaries. I'll be honest and say that while I continued to watch the show, the first couple of episodes weren't as good as I thought they were going to be. I mean, it just started off really slow but things have certainly picked up and I'm super excited to see what will be happening in the coming episodes. So much has happened. We find out that Bonnie is a witch (which still, I don't give a shit about), Damon turned Vicki into a vampire and then Stefan killed her because she bit Elena and almost killed Jeremy. Damon wiped Jeremy's memory and now Jeremy is a super student and he's off the drugs, I think. Stefan and Elena are in a dark place as far as their relationship goes because ever since Elena found out the truth about what Stefan is and how bad things keep happening to the people around her, she's pumped her brakes where Stefan is concerned and she's being a whiny baby that's getting on my nerves. Caroline and Matt hooked up and the charm thingy that Damon gave Caroline is in Bonnie's hands and everytime she wears it and someone tries to take it from her, their fingers burn. It's pretty crazy but I really want to know what significance it holds to Damon. Also, one of Stefan's oldest and dearest vampire friends comes to town to celebrate Stefan's birthday with him and Damon, who is looking for a scapegoat for his crimes sets her up and stakes her ass right in front of Stefan and Elena. Whoa dang, Stefan goes ballistic and Elena is once again traumatized.
And the fun hasn't ended yet, we just haven't seen what's going to happen yet...and I for one cannot wait! Squeeeaaaaa!
Though I intended for this post to be short, as you can see I totally failed but oh well, this is what's on my mind concerning my favorite shows. These aren't the only shows that I'm watching but they're the ones that I'm obsessed with at the moment.
What are you guys watching and loving right now?

OMG, the beginning of this show had me dying. Kurt was the bomb Beyonce singing Single Ladies and when he auditioned for the role of kicker ....AND GOT IT? I was laughing like a loon. Gotta love Kurt!
I love Rachel, really I do but she is getting on my nerves with how selfish she is being with the whole Glee thing. I'm really pissed that she can't understand what Will is doing with the rest of the members in Glee. He explains why he's doing what he's doing and still she's being the selfish little shit that nobody likes. I'm starting to see why nobody likes her. She's so frickin' all about herself. She needs to realize that she can't win regionals without her and she can't win without them. That's gonna be a real kicker of a lession that she's gonna learn.
Alright, I cannot believe how stupid Finn is. Seriously, I cannot believe how he can actually believe he's going to be a father without having had sex with Quinn. I wonder if she's really pregnant or if she's desperate to keep him because he's been showing so much interest in Rachel lately. I guess we're just going to have to keep watching to find out. But seriously, Finn...buy a clue or at the very least, check out a book on pregnancy. I totally called it, I knew that Finn's best friend was the daddy. Frickin' A that's going to be interesting because there goes Rachel's in to Finn's heart.
I frickin' adore Kurt and when he scored the winning point at the football game, I thought it was adorable! Kurt is the bomb!
Oh and I'm totally digging the Will and Emma hug. When is Will and Teri getting divorced already? Yeesh. Teri is going to take Quinn's baby! Ugh, I'm anxious for more Glee. I cannot frickin' wait to next week because Rachel slaps Finn, I wonder why. I bet you it's because Rachel quit Glee because she didn't get the lead part and Finn called her on her selfishness and if that's the reason he gets slapped then I will seriously be cheering Finn on. Love him!
Woo frickin' hoo, until next week...
TV Shows: Vampire Diaries, Season 1, Episode 2.
Posted by: Rowena in The Vampire Diaries, TV Shows, Wena's Shows
This show is so different from the other shows that I'm watching because it's not an in your face, action packed show. It's a drama and it's all angsty and slow to develop but you can tell that they're building up to something that has the potential to be big. It's just taking a while for it to get there.
In tonight's episode, Elena meets Damon and Stefan is pissed about that. Stefan is running around trying to fix the mess that Damon is making for him around town. He had to convince Vicki that it was an animal that attacked her and not a vampire. And all the while he's doing this, he's growing closer and closer to Elena. Then there was Elena and Jeremy's aunt who had a parent/teacher conference and was basically told that she was an unfit guardian for Elena and Jeremy. Jeremy isn't helping matters with his not listening to the aunt business and the more sullen he gets, the more pissed off I get at him. He reminds me of Annie on 90210. The bratty, look at me, I'm hurting attitude is really getting tired and pissing me off.
At the end of the show when Elena goes to see Stefan to tell him what she would have written in her diary, I thought it was cheesy but still cute and then when Stefan told Elena what he would have written, my panties melted because man, he was hecka sexy. *sigh* Their first kiss was sweet, I loved it!
Not much else of import happened, at least that I could remember but I did enjoy it. Well, I enjoyed the hell out of watching Stefan on the small screen. He's smexy. Like seriously, I want to lick him up and down kind of smexy. He's not strikingly beautiful but he's sexy. He's got this personality that just leaps off the screen screaming, I'm sexy, hear me roar and I love it!
I'm still interested to see where the writers are going to take this show so I'll keep watching it but man, I forgot that Fringe comes on Thursdays as well so I'm booked up solid on Thursday nights cause I gotta watch my Fringe. Woo hoo, Peter Bishop is back, LOVE HIM!
So who else watched VD tonight? What are your thoughts?

Last night's episode of Glee wasn't as good as the season premiere but I still enjoyed it.
Last night, we saw the Cheerios and Sue try to break the Glee Club up and cause major drama at the very least and though they did their best, the Glee Club folks were stronger than those damn Cheerios gave them credit for and they were a whole lot more loyal to each other than they thought as well because even after all of the fights that the Glee folks got into, at the end...they were still a frickin' team.
We also see in this episode, Will get a little selfish and wanting some of the singing action. He starts his own little acapella group with Roland from Sheets N Things, the woodshop teacher that cut off his thumbs and Ken. They called themselves Acafella's. They sang my favorite songs from back in the day starting with This Is How We Do It by Montell Jordan, Poison by BBD and frickin' I Wanna Sex You Up by Color Me Badd. When they performed all of these songs, I laughed my frickin' ass off because holy hot damn, those were my frickin' jams.
As the episode wore on, I grew softer and softer on Finn. I loved how he was pissed off that Rachel hurt Mr. Shuester's feelings about his choreography and then I thought he was too cute when he joined Acafella's and sang his little solo in I Wanna Sex You Up. I loved it!
Another part of the show that I loved was when Mercedes got to sing her little song and as soon as she threw that ball into Kurt's window, I knew exactly what song she was going to sing. I could not stop laughing because holy wow, that was so the perfect song. Mercedes has a beautiful voice and it was good to have her in Beyonce's seat and not Kelly Rowland. Football guy, Finn's friend that be leading the pack on picking and bullying everyone, when he told his little story about going after the Cougars and what brought him around to going after the older women had me crackin' up too. Even when he was growling at Finn for not getting the dance moves correct. It was too funny!
Teri is getting on my hot damn nerves and I cannot wait for her and Will to get a divorce to free him up for Emma. I can't wait for that crap to go down because every time that she doesn't tell Will the truth about the baby, I get more and more pissed off and I just want to choke her the hell out.
Did anyone notice that this week's "Next week on Glee" teaser was the exact same teaser from last week? It made me roll my eyes down the street but still, I loved it!
Love, love love this show and I can't wait for more...now I'm off to wait for next week to get here already while I sing, I bust the windows out your car...haha.
Until next week...

Woo hoo, One Tree Hill is back and now we can see how the show is moving on after Lucas and Peyton have left the show.
Jamie turned 7 and he had Jerry frickin' Rice show up at his birthday party. Some new characters were introduced and my favorite of the newbies is of course, Robert Buckley who plays Nathan's agent, Clay. A storyline is brewing for him because I'm mighty curious to see why he's bitter in the love department. Did anyone else laugh when the random blonde chick showed up at his house and walked straight to his room, stripping all the way there? I did. Was that supposed to drive home the fact that Clay is a stud? I didn't need that to know it, I already knew but whatever.
You know that him and Quinn are going to hook up. Quinn is the other newbie. She's Haley's older sister. Now is this the same sister that hooked up with Nathan all those many seasons ago? I know it's not the same actress who played Haley's sister but is that the same character? I can't remember what the other sister's name was, the one that hooked up with Nathan at the bar or something...was it while Haley was on tour with Chris?
Oh goodness. Not much happened on last night's show. We were just shown what everyone has been up to and where things are going to be going.
Brooke and Julian are still too frickin' cute and dude, did Julian get even HOTTER over the summer break because hot damn he was fine last night. Right now, their storyline centers around Julian trying to further his career by taking an 8 month job in New Zealand producing a film that can launch his career, the 8 month gig turns into a 10 month gig and Brooke feels that her relationship with Julian might be blown to pieces when he doesn't return her calls like he usually does. She's feeling all kinds of insecure and lonely but when Julian surprises her by showing up at Jamie's party, alls well that ends well...for now. Seeing this insecure Brooke is so different from the Brooke that we all knew and hated to love when she was in high school. She's so grown up now, she's successful in every aspect of her life except her love life and seeing her flounder a little is good for her. I enjoy her character and her budding relationship with Julian is sure to be one of my favorite parts of the show now. I can't wait to see what else the OTH writers have in store for these two.
Dirty Dan was back on the show with his own show going on. He's got one of those self help guru things going on and blah blah frickin' blah. I don't care.
Skills is back on the show but for how long with his prison sentence on the horizon...I doubt his character will be going places this season with him selling Social Security cards. Idiot.
The whole thing with Nathan and that girl, I thought it would be something like that. Nathan's growing celebrity status as the point guard for the Bobcats was sure to bring out the crazies. I cannot believe that Nathan cheated on Haley...again. I won't believe it so I'm going to watch it and hope he didn't.
Ugh.
All in all, the show wasn't the bang out episode that I've come to appreciate from OTH but it wasn't a complete dud either. I'm hopeful for this new season and I'm curious enough and fangirlish enough to keep watching so I'll be back next week with more OTH goodness.
Did you guys watch it? What were your thoughts? Good or bad? What are you most excited to see from this season?
With the first week of season premieres all wrapped up, I'm going to post my thoughts on all of the new shows and well, just all of the shows that premiered this week that I watched.
Tuesday:
90210: I watched this episode with an eye on the TV and my mind switching back from the conversations going around the living room and texting with my friends, Ralph and Grace. I caught myself up on what I missed toward the end of last season. I introduced myself to the new folks of 90210, Liam (never met him before) and Teddy, picked my eyes off the ground as my brain wrapped itself around the fact that Silver and Naomi are friends now and Annie is on the outs with just about everyone. Even a blind bat can tell that Annie didn't sleep with Liam but whatever, I'm still trippin' on the fact that Annie hit someone while drunk driving and that person died. She's being a spoiled brat about every little thing with her family, the people that she should have been leaned on but she's trying to handle it on her and if you ask me, she's not doing such a great job of it. I didn't miss Ethan as much as I thought I was going to but as much as I love Silver, her storyline with Dixon for me is so blah. I do not care for them as a couple. I don't even know why. Every time I see them on screen, I think...boring.
Will I be watching the rest of the season? Yeah, for the moment. Until I start getting bored with it again. Oh and Navid was a cutie as always. Love him!
Melrose Place: I'm not sure what I was thinking with this new show. I spent most of the show, looking at how old Sydney got and how handsome Michael Mancini is. Then I spent the rest of the show trying to remember who Michael was married to at the end of the first Melrose run. I just can't for the life of me remember, does anyone else remember? I was also wondering what other characters from the old Melrose will be making an appearance in this new show. I hope they bring Jake back. I wouldn't mind seeing Allison or Billy too. Me and Ralph spent the whole show drooling over Costas from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movies who plays Jonah in this show. Such a cutie patootie. Chef boy (Josh from All My Children, I think that's his name...Erika's son) is a cutie patootie and so is blonde hair boy.
It was pretty crazy finding Sydney floating in the pool on the first episode. I thought she would at least be on the show for a little while before they killed her off but I guess not. This first season will be spent finding out who killed Sydney. Everyone is a suspect. I don't think it was Chef Boy. I think he's covering for someone but I'm not sure who.
I'll continue to watch this one as long as it keeps my interests...I can't promise more than that though. I'm curious but that's about it.
Wednesday:
Glee: This is going to be my favorite show of the season, I just know it. I already fangirled the hell out of this show on Wednesday so you guys already know how much I love this show. Watch it!
Thursday:
Vampire Dairies: Vampire Diaries is the only show that I watch on Thursdays...at least for now, it is. I liked this show. It wasn't as great as I thought it was going to be, well let me rephrase that...it wasn't this big overdone show that I thought it was going to be but I did enjoy it and I am looking forward to more from this show. I didn't read any of the books so I didn't know about the differences between the show and the book so nothing like that bothered me and I'm seriously looking forward to more between Elena and Stefan. Damon is already getting on my hot damn nerves so I can totally see him doing much more to get on my nerves. Jeremy is getting on my nerves too. I wonder just what his character will have in store for the rest of the season...as well as Vicki. I just gotta ask: Why in the hell would you go off alone by yourself in the woods at night time? Seriously Vicki? Why? I thought that was pretty stupid of her but whatever, now with her whispering VAMPIRE to Matt while she's laying in the hospital bed is sure to cause up some drama so all in all, I'm curious enough to see what this show has to offer. I'll keep watching.
Those are the only shows that I watched this week, the new series/season premieres and I'm curious enough to watch the rest of the shows throughout the season.
Tonight is the return of One Tree Hill and whoa, I'm pretty anxious to see just what they're going to do with both Payton and Lucas gone. Will they sink or swim? We'll see...
What were your favorite series premieres from last week?

I facking love this show.
Like, seriously love this facking show. I think it is the cutest show that's on TV right now and I swear it's my favorite facking show.
I love it, I can't say it enough. I frickin love this show.
Tonight was the season premiere and I frickin' loved the entire show. From the beginning of the show when they're singing Freak Out and Gold Digger to when Rachel and the rest of the Gleer's change up the song and sing Salt N Pepa's Push It. I loved watching Emma talking to Rachel about her bullemia and singing in the car All By Herself, I loved watching Emma and Will clean the school by themselves and have those moments. I loved watching Rachel joining Celibacy Club and telling those teenagers what's really going on and then I loved watching the picnic with Phin and Rachel and then the kiss, yay, they kissed!
I'm telling you, if you haven't watched this show...you seriously have too! This show is the cutest, most funniest and just seriously my favoritest show. I love this show! I seriously love the humor, the songs and the characters of this show. The dialogue is a riot all throughout the entire show so I can't stress enough how much you guys need to watch this show!
This scene between Emma and Rachel in Emma's (the guidance counselor who has a crush on the glee club teacher) office is too frickin' funny, this line cracked me the heck up. Emma caught Rachel throwing up in the bathroom and she brought her back to her office to talk to her but this is what she said as they were leaving the bathroom.
Rachel: The girl before me left that, I tried but I guess I just don't have a gag reflex.
Emma: One day when you're older, that'll turn out to be a gift!
I cannot wait for next week's show and can I just tell you guys how much I loved Rachel's version of Rihanna's Take a Bow. I love Rachel's voice and I think she can sing her ass off. She's my favorite person on this entire show, I can't wait to hear more of her beautiful voice. Phin, you ass, I can't wait to see Rachel make you pay for ditching her the way you did. Man, this show is going to be a really good one.
I can't frickin' wait!
Watch this frickin' show dammit!
Fall TV - What We're Looking Forward To
Posted by: ~ames~ in amses shows, Izzy's Shows, Monroe's Shows, Thoughts, TV Shows, Wena's ShowsSummer is over and with it is the onslaught of season premieres and new tv shows to check out. Here are the shows that we're looking forward to the most.
Wena
The old shows that I cannot wait for this coming season are:
One Tree Hill- It's going to be interesting to see how the season goes without the two main characters that the show was built around, Lucas and Peyton...WAHHH!
Fringe- I'm really interested in seeing if a romantic relationship between Peter Bishop and Olivia Dunnam grow. I'm hoping it will...eventually. I'm also really interested in seeing if Peter will ever find out Walter's big secret...or if Peter will ever find out that he died and that he's really from that alternate reality. This season has the chance to be really good. I can't wait to watch it.
Brothers and Sisters- Kitty and Robert are having marital problems and I'm anxious to see what happens with those two as well as seeing what happens with Kevin and the baby. Lots and lots of things to look forward to with this show.
New shows that I want to watch this fall:
Glee- I cannot wait for this show to come back on. I loved the pilot episode of this show and I can't wait to see what else this show has in store for us this coming season.
Cougartown- This is a new show that stars Courtney Cox and I'm really excited to watch this show because I think the guy thats in it is a cutie patootie and I love watching him on the small screen. I don't know his name but he's a cutie patootie. Josh Hopkins, that's his name.
Vampire Diaries- I am sooo going to watch this show. I may be on a paranormal hiatus while reading but not while watching T.V. I'm mighty curious about this show and I am so going to be tuning in each week to see this show play out. I can't wait!
NCIS Los Angeles- Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J on a NCIS Team? I'm so checking this show out. LL Cool J is an ex-Navy SEAL. Yeah, I'm watching.
Trauma- I wanna check this out because the guy from Whale Rider is on here.
Melrose Place- Alright, I'm curious...what can I say? I wanna check this out.
Three Rivers- This has sexy Mick from Moonlight so I'm tuning in just for him. It's a doctor show, I think I can dig it.
Shows that fell off my radar last season:
American Idol- The last season that I watched was the season that Jordin Sparks won. I stopped watching it after Jordin Sparks herself big timed me at the House of Blues. Don't have the desire to watch this show all that much.
90210- I started off watching this show faithfully but over the season, I lost interest...I'm not sure if I'll watch this show this fall.
Ummm, I think that's it for me...what are you guys watching and not watching this new TV season?
Ames
Here's what I'm looking forward to:
Oldies but goodies:
The Office: At the end of last season, Pam found out she was preggo. WOOT! Jim and Pam are my faves on the Office, but really I love the whole cast. Kelly dancing, Creed stealing, Angela licking her cat, and Michael trying to be everyone's favorite boss.
Grey's Anatomy: Um...kind of forgot what's been happening. LOL But I still enjoy this show. Hopefully Izzy doesn't die.
So You Think You Can Dance - I watched this show faithfully over the summer, am currently watching the Canadian version and I'm still loving it.
America's Next Top Model - Never gonna get sick of this show. LOL It is my #1 guilty pleasure.
Gossip Girl - I found last season a bit tedious with the whole Dan/Serena/Blair/Chuck constantly breaking up and getting back together. Hopefully this season proves more interesting.
Newish shows (One season aired so far):
Parks and Recreation - Love love love Amy Poehler from SNL and I definitely felt there was some potential in the first season.
Dollhouse - Eliza Dushku is a fave actress of mine and this show is Joss Whedon. Good stuff all around.
Brand spanking new shows:
Vampire Diaries - I've been reading these books in preparation of the show. Should be interesting.
Melrose Place - I used to watch this show as a kid (how inappropriate was that? LOL) so I want to see how the latest batch will turn out.
Courgar Town - Courtney Cox Arquette, I'm a fan from friends. Hopefully this is more successful than Dirty.
Eastwick - As in the witches of...I love that movie, so the show should be interesting to see.
Shows that have fallen off my radar:
Desperate Housewives - have no clue what's going on and that's ok, I really hated Susan's character. LOL
I am currently watching Mad Men, SYTYCD Canada, True Blood (season finale this Sunday) and Hell's Kitchen. I do want to know when the 4th season of Friday Night Lights will be airing. I'd hate to miss out on the escapades of Dillon's finest.
Izzy
Ok here are mine:
New shows:
Glee - Like Rowena, I loved the pilot. It makes me think of my choir days back in highschool.
Vampire Diaries... Although this is on the same time as Bones and CSI. Sooo it may be sacrificed... unless i can find a repeat at a later time.
Three Rivers, Mercy and the Good Wife look interesting.
It's not a new show.. but Joey and I have been watching the rereuns and so it's new to us this fall, Big Bang Theory.
Oldies but Goodies:
Grey's Anatomy - I just read Izzy is going to be gone for about 5 episodes. So i'm wondering how they'll write that in. I know she's not dead though.
Bones -I wondering what's going to happen with Brennan wanting Booth's baby. And are they are going to move closer to admitting their feelings for one an other?
CSI - I love CSI but it was kind of lagging last season. I hope it picks up. I heard Jorja Fox is returning. Which kind of annoys me cause Grissom left to be with her!!!!
Castle - One of my favorite new shows from last season. I hope it's just as good this season.
And my sunday night cartoon: Family Guy, Simpsons and American Dad.
Shows that fell off my radar,
Girls Next Door. I just don't think it'll be the same. Also, CSI was starting to fall... hopefully it picks itself up.
And last but not least, Monroe
Glee-I watched the pilot epi of this show and LOVED IT! Lol It’s almost like an upscale/more serious Highschool Musical. And me being a little kid at heart it was right up my alley! Not to mention I think the chorus teacher/director in nerdy hot! ;o) Gotta love the nerds! <3
Melrose Place-Ok…a friend is kinda making me watch this one…BUT the previews look pretty good and I do like Ashlee Simpson. I was too young to watch it years ago so I’m not sure totally what its all about…they all live in the same building complex?!?! Idk I’ll at LEAST watch the first show!
Oldies but Goodies-
Family Guy & American Dad-These shows are such guilty pleasures of mine! ;op
The Office-How could any JAM fan not watch to see what unfolds between the two love birds. HELLO PAM IS PREGGERS!!!! And I gotta comment on the “Kelly dancing”…I rewind my dvr EVERY time she dances…its pee-your-pants funny! Good stuff!
So You Think You Can Dance-Got hooked last season and it always makes me wanna dance! Lol
So now that you know what's going to be on the Boob Tube, what are you looking forward to?

Lots of things popped off in the last couple of weeks on Drop Dead Diva.
Since the last time I posted about this show, Jane, or really Deb has finally stepped into her lawyerly shoes and is kicking butt in the courtroom.
After this week's episode, my concern is that they're going to put the whole Jane/Grayson love thing on hold while they explore a relationship between Grayson and Kim.
Ugh. I don't want to see Grayson get with Kim. I don't want them to make Kim more human because I don't like her. I like having that one person on the show that I just can't like and for this show, Kim fits that bill. I hate seeing these little tid bits of Kim actually having feelings. I don't want to see those things because I don't want her to end up with Grayson. I don't want Grayson to even entertain the idea that moving on from Deb with Kim is a good idea because well, I don't want it, that's why.
Anyway, last week's episode ended with a kiss between Grayson and Kim and I screamed at the television...like, literally. In the past couple of weeks, we've seen these two get closer and closer. They're working on all of these cases together and they're getting to know each other and though we all know that Kim has the hots for Grayson, Grayson is still grieving for Deb so he's not paying too much attention to Kim...like that.
Until now.
Gah, Deb hasn't been dead all that long and for Grayson to already be moving on makes me mad because hello, you love Deb and if you'll only get to know Jane a little more, you'll realize that you didn't lose Deb...not completely anyway. The case that Kim was working on this week with home girl that is always guesting on all of these shows (I can't remember her name) I thought was pretty lame. She's caused all this comotion over her fiance' sleeping with her best friend (the MOH) and then after Kim gets good and pissed on her behalf, she drops the case and goes back to him?
Lame.
Jane's case was much more entertaining. I loved the crazy man and I loved seeing him make an ass of himself in court and then when he fired Jane, I loved how Jane realized that she had it all wrong and that the case wasn't a total loss. I thought it was cute for the son to get more involved with his father's compan and when everything worked out in the end, I smiled because this show is just too cute for words.
My favorite part of this show (or well, one of my favorites) is the friendship between Stacy and Jane. I think they're so cute. I loved that Stacy is forever trying to get Jane to eat healthier and I love that Jane turns to Stacy for help with her lawyer stuff and I love how they always help each other out. In last night's episode when they go to Jane's high school reunion and Stacy sets about making Jane popular with everyone there, it made me want Stacy to be my friend. It also makes me realize that I do have friends like that here in blogland and in real life. I'm telling you, if you're not watching this show you should be.
It's great.
I can't wait for more...which might not be next week but whatever, I'm looking forward to more.

I'm addicted.
I first heard about this show before it started and I marked it down on my calendar (literally) so that I wouldn't forget to check it out when it came out.
I forgot to check it out when it first premiered.
But that didn't stop me from catching up online before watching the second episode and I'm so glad that I caught up because this show is too cute for words.
This TV show is about with a skinny model Deb who dies in a car accident on her way to an appointment and after a mix up in heaven, she thrown back down on earth into the body of a portly young lawyer named Jane. Jane was shot at work by an irate client of the firm's, she died as well. So now Deb's soul and memories are in Jane's body and Deb get an entirely new outlook on the life she had and the life she has now.
I'm really enjoying this show so far. There's been three episodes so far and they've been very enjoyable episodes. In the first episode, both Deb and Jane die and then Jane comes back to life with Deb's soul. We meet Deb and we see her living her life with her boyfriend, Grayson and we see how shallow she is and just how clueless she is about a lot of things. Then we meet Jane, who's very guarded and very work oriented and living an entirely different life than Deb. They come from two completely different worlds and to see them sharing a body, memories and brains...it makes for some very good entertainment.
In the second episode, we see Deb trying to find her way in Jane's world. She's trying to get over the fact that now that she's Jane, she has to stop being Deb. Everything and everyone that she knew and loved as Deb don't know her anymore. She sees her old self through new eyes and we see her deal with all of that. On top of turning her back on her old life, she has to deal with seeing Grayson at work everyday...as Jane and not as Deb. You see, Jane got Grayson the job as a lawyer at her firm by putting in a good word for him and so now that Deb is in Jane's body, seeing Grayson everyday with all of their shared memories and him not knowing that she's Deb is killing her a little more everyday.
In the third episode, Deb came out more and more while she was supposed to be working as Jane. It got to be a bit annoying because Jane was in court and when she started crying, I wanted to smack the shit out of her. Alls well that ends well but you could totally tell that she was kind of falling apart at the seams. I'm very interested to see what happens next week so woo hoo, I only have three more days.
If you haven't seen this show then you should definitely pencil in the time to check it out. For all of your romantics out there, this show would definitely appeal to you. I promise! Check this show out!

It's getting pretty boring in my neck of the woods so aside from reading, I've been watching a lot of shows on USA, VH1 and MTV.
One of the shows that I'm enjoying the heck out of right now is: The Great Debate on VH1.
This show is just one battle after another. It asks the questions that makes me laugh. All of the debates so far have been things like:
- Who's the sexier or most memorable girl band? Pussycat Dolls or Spice Girls?
- What drug helped men the most? Rogaine or Viagra?
- Who was the better and tougher Arnie character? Conan the Barbarian or Terminator?
- Who played the better woman? Mrs. Doubtfire or Tootsie?
- Who was the meaner principal in teeny bopper movies? The guy from Breakfast Club or the guy from Feris Buler?
- Who would you rather adopt? Arnold (whatchu talkin' bout Willis?) or Webster?
- Which was the better car? Kitt or the car on Dukes of Hazard?
- Who's the sexier Simpson sister? Jessica or Ashlee?
You know, all those kinds of questions and then they take to the comedians, actors, athletes and just all sorts of celebrities and they tell us why they think so and so should win. It's frickin' hilarious, to see these people actually debating stupid things like this. Oh man, it's so frickin' funny so you guys should definitely watch this if you're in the mood to laugh.

Man, with all of things slowing down for me and with everything on hiatus right now, it's given me time to catch up on the shows that I want to watch and Fringe has been up at the top of the list of shows I need to catch up.
I love this show.
I never thought of myself as the Sci-Fi type but man this show is seriously one of my most favorites on TV right now.
Joshua Jackson is a huge part of the reason I love this show so much but I really like the entire show. In the beginning of the season, I used to wonder what the heck the show was working toward. You know how each show has some bigger storyline that flows from episode to episode, well at first, I didn't see any of that kind of thing for Fringe but the more you watch, the more the show fleshed out storylines and moved other storylines along and by the end of the season, you were left with a bunch of huge OMG'S!
So much is going on throughout this entire season so I'm going to use bullets to cover everything.
Olivia: The whole thing with John and how that whole thing panned out made me happy, sad and then glad that maybe he didn't turn out to be such a bad sort. I was kind of glad that he didn't turn out to be the traitor that we all thought him to be but with him dead and something simmering under the surface between her and Peter (YAY!) you just know that John is going to somehow come alive in the coming seasons and the love triangle is going to be between John/Olivia/Peter. I can't wait!
Walter/Peter: Holy crap in the pants! I so totally thought that the person Walter kept going to visit at the cemetery was Peter's Mom and when it came out to be PETER, I about had a cow! I mean, for me that was the best part of the show, it was the OMGOSH I GOTTA WATCH IT NEXT SEASON TO SEE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN because man oh man, I want to see how Peter finds out that he's actually dead. You know there's gonna be major drama when Peter finds out. I love how far the relationship between Walter and Peter has grown over the course of the season. When Peter made that gift for Walter, I thought it was really sweet and I was happy for Walter because it's more than aparent that Walter loves his son and I love Walter because he's so weird and so smart and I love when he says things like, "If your IQ isn't bigger than mine than I don't care what you think" haha, it always cracks me up. I can't wait to see more between these two in the coming season.
Charlie: I heard that Charlie got fired from the show and so won't be returning next season and as sorry as I am for Charlie, I can't say that I mind much. Oh well.
Peter/Olivia: I really hope that Peter isn't going to start anything with Rachel because seriously, Olivia is his lobster and I hope that they get the chance to explore what can be between them despite them working together. I love the scenes between Peter and Olivia and I sincerely hope that they get more screentime together next season. I'm going to cross my fingers for the rest of the summer just so that can happen.
Staring now, *crossing fingers*
Overall, the season was exciting, fresh and definitely what I needed to get me over my TV funk. I love this show and can't wait for more.
Is it fall yet?
