Summary: A science professor's untraditional hypotheses have made him the laughing stock of the academic community. But on an expedition in Iceland, he and his nephew stumble upon a major discovery that launches them on a thrilling journey deep beneath the Earth's surface, where they travel through never-before-seen worlds and encounter a variety of unusual creatures.
Grade: B
I've never seen a 3D movie before, so when my friend mentioned she was going to see this movie with her son (and the fact my bros saw it the day before and enjoyed it) I decided to check it out too.
I'm glad I did. I had a good time and the graphics were amazing. There were a few times when I jumped back in my seat. LOL I felt like a fool, until I realized other people were doing the same thing. I found it really cute that my friend's son was actually trying to grab things! It wasn't perfect, mind you, but it's good fun. Plus, I love fantastical ideas like another world lying in the center of the Earth.

Is Brendan Fraiser still hot? I've had a mini-crush on him since Encino Man. :P
My mom took the kids to see this and they said it was great, too. I might have to check it out.
I love Encino Man!!
I don't know about BF. He has a corniness to him when he acts.
