Well wow. I wasn't expecting that ending. In a way, they ended like how I wanted and yet they didn't. I'm happy with the ending but I'm not. I'm not sure how to feel.

In a way the finale, really the last 10 minutes, tied up a lot of things. Why the Space man nickname, why little sammie played with space ships, the little rovers Sam is always spotting....

If you haven't watched the episode then you might want to skip this cause I'm gonna to spoil the last 15 minutes.

In the last 15 minutes, Sam is at his apartment with his neighbor Windy. He looks at the tv and he sees himself in 2008 reading to an elderly lady. I thought it was his mom (he mentioned growing up reading to to her) only to find he's reading to Annie! In that way my wish of Sam being back in 2008 and finding Annie to show he wasn't crazy came true!

Anyway, then Windy tells Sam to go to Annie. She explains she sees what he sees. Sam finds Annie leaving the station and tells her she's the reason why he's here in 1973. Or something mushy like that. He kisses her and she says, "Welcome to 1973."

Right before Sam leaves to go out with Ray and Chris, Gene calls Sam into the office. They chat and Sam hugs Gene. Gene makes a smart comment saying, "I'll miss you most of all Scarecrow." The picture gets scrambled and Sam wakes up.

We hear Windy's voice saying "2B is awake." It's 2035 and Windy is a computer. Sam gets out of this pod thing along with Chris, Ray and Annie. They are on their way to Mars to find, say it with me now, life on mars. While they were in the pods, they had like a stimulation thingo on. Sam's was to be a cop in 2008. But some space stuff happened and it sent him to 1973 with the 2008 memories. Turns out, Annie is his boss whom he has a crush on. Gene Hunt is actually Sam's father.

So again... the finale wrapped up everything but I just don't know. I'm happy with it but i'm not. I almost want to say it's a cop out but it wasn't.

I'm so confused. I will say that I will miss Life on Mars.

Sarah Connor

I'm upset. We were gonna watch this last night and our recording was crappy. For some reason Sarah Connor records all skippy. Everything else is fine. This happening to anyone else?

I went on It Happened Last Night, they said Riley finally gets killed. Hate to say it but about time. Ok, I know that sounds wrong but I didn't like Riley. Turns out it was Jesse who killed Riley. Jesse meant for Cameron to kill Riley so John would turn his back on Cameron. From what I read Jesse is going to try and frame Cameron.

Looks like I missed a good one.

Burn Notice



Wow. The season two finale was great.

Michael has Victor all tied up. Turns out Victor was in the CIA. He was burned, his wife and child were killed and then Carla recruited him for whatever it is they are working for. But Victor found out Carla had his family killed so she could recruit him. That's jacked up. So now Victor is out to get Carla. Or expose her. Michael offers to help.

Carla and gang find out Victor has been missing and track him to where Michael has him stashed. So now they have all these people after them. A few car chases later, they make it to Victor's boat with evidence about Carla. Victor is shot. Carla calls Michael and demands he either kill Victor or she kills them both. Just when she's about kill them, Fi shoots Carla dead. Which yeah! As Fi said, "Finally."

Victor tells Michael to just kill him. Cause if the company gets a hold of Victor, he's dead anyways. That scene was too sad. I started to like Victor.

Michael boards a helicopter with the boss. Boss tries to recruit Michael. Not having it. Fine then boss says. Then all the enemies we've been holding at bay are gonna come at you. No more protection. Michael says he'll take his chances. He jumps out of the copter into the ocean and begins his swim back.

I can't wait for next season. I loved when Fi kissed and then slapped Michael.

Life On Mars



I liked last night's episode!!!!! With Sam going around saying he's Tom Cruise and about "risky business". Ha ha ha.

The gang finds a dead body of a stewardess named Valerie. She looks an awful lot like Annie. So Annie decides go undercover as Valerie to find out who killed the real Valerie.

At first they think it's a passenger on one of Valerie's flights. No, he just likes collecting the stewardess's panties. So he's out. Sam has a hunch it's the captain of the plane who likes to flirt with all the stewardess despite being married and his wife being right there.

Annie flirts with him, telling him all the things she wants to do with him with ice cream. Chris wanting some ice cream afterwards (they guys planted a bug on annie so they can listen) was just funny. So the captain invites Annie a party. Oh and bring a friend. It's a key party. The guys decide it should be Sam who goes as Annie's date.

As Annie and Sam are getting ready, Sam tells Annie if a guy gets fresh to hit him in the trachea or groin. Annie tells Sam of the back story she thought up for them. Sam likes his better: they met when Sam beat up a guy who was hitting on her. Sam gets all worked up with worry and maybe jealousy? over Annie so he punches the locker. He realizes how he's acting and says her story will work fine. Annie is smiling over Sam's reaction. Awwww

They get to the part and Sam is introduced as Tom Cruise. Then this scene happens.



Too funny. Another scene I thought was cute was when Annie tells Sam that Valerie's room is full of David Cassidy posters. "I think I love you" Sams says. "Huh?" says a confused Annie. Sam explains its The Partridge's Family biggest hit. Then he smacks himself. Tee hee.

So sad this show is canceled.

Castle

I watched Castle last night. It kind of reminds me of Bones. Instead of an FBI agent, you have a detective Kate Beckett. Instead of a brainy forensic anthropologist who writes book, you have Richard Castle, a mystery novelist. Ok, so not exactly like Bones... but still.

Turns out two of Kate's murders are copy cats from Richard's books. Not exact copies, but enough to ask if they can look at his fan mail. The find a letter that links the fan to all the murders (a third one occurred) and they have their man.

Except it's too simple. So Richard decides to investigate further much to Kate's annoyance. By the end of the show, Kate finds out that Richard is going to be tagging along with her for research for a new series based on Kate. Kate is not happy.

I did like the show. It had it's funny moments so I'll keep watching this one. Did anyone else watch?

Dollhouse

This one just isn't grabbing me. I was fast forwarding a lot. Which sucks cause I wanted to like this show.

Life on Mars

I can't believe they are cancelling this one!! I like this show.

I liked how Sam was betting against Ray with the fight knowing who is going to win. Ha ha. Might as well have fun if you are stuck in the past.

I'm hoping that they'll show Sam get back home and maybe visit Annie in the future. Just to see how she is.

I like last week's episode but I did not like that professor at all.

Life On Mars

I didn't think much of this episode.

A columnist is found murdered. And it looks like a case Sam handled in the future. Turns out the suspect is someone who murdered a woman Sam was trying to help in the future. Sam is all ready to arrest him but Gene is playing it safe. Turns out the columnist had wrote a not so nice article about Gene.

I like the show but one thing that bothers me is that Annie keeps going back and forth in believing Sam is from the future.

Burn Notice

This was a good episode. ha ha. Michael's ex fiancé, Samantha turns up asking for help. Apparently he never told his mom or Fi about Samantha. So the looks on both their faces are priceless.

Samantha is kind of a thief. She stole a chip because someone kidnapped her son. Who is 9. Which is about the time Michael and Samantha were together. Yikes. When the person realizes she stole the chip realizes they will hunt her down. She kind of did a sloppy job because well she wanted her son back. So she asks for Michael's help.

They retrieve the boy and what do you know... he's more like 6 or 7. Not 9. Bad Samantha. Michael says they are going to return the chip. Because they'll know it was Samantha, she'll always have to be on the run. So return the chip they do.

At the end of the day, Michael tells Fi that him Samantha were alike and it was easy so they worked. But then he meant Fi. And it was never easy. However he ended the engagement because "You don't marry someone when you are in love with someone else." Awwwww. He lubs you Fi!!!!

Madeline is right though Michael. Don't wait for Fi to propose (Samantha reveals she proposed not Michael) to you. Something tells me she wants the grand gesture.

The end shows Michael kidnapping Victor. Which was nice by the way.

CSI: Vegas

Ok episode. Three murders with one guy in common. It was kind of cool how they all linked them together but didn't do anything for me.

Sarah Connor Chronicles

Ok I was fooled but I did find it odd that Sarah would enter a sleep research facility. This was another so so episode for me. I want them to figure out about Jesse and Riley already.

I know it's been a while. Sorry. I'll just go over my thoughts on my shows really quick.

CSI:

So Grissom is now gone. Although it's sad not to see him on the show anymore, I'm not really missing him. I like Laurence Fishburn's character. Can't remember is name at the moment. But watching on the first day was kind of cute. When he panicked to lift the fingerprint on the door knob.

I'm still enjoying the show and as long Nick doesn't leave I'm a happy camper.

Grey's Anatomy:

I knew Izzy's lab worked got switched. Now we play the waiting game to find out if she'll die, when she'll tell the rest of the gang and all that jazz.

George, George. Give the man a story line. It doesn't have to be a love story. But give him something to work with. I like George.

Callie, I just feel like they forcing a story with a woman on us. Just let it happen naturally. First Hahn, then he's lusting after Sadie and now the peds doctor. Geez. I like the ped doctor, but Callie does not need to be in a relationship.

I'm glad Meredith and Christina are talking again. I was crying during the episode when she went to the killer's execution. When she walked out in tears.

I was almost in tears last night when the guy was crying over his wife. And I did feel bad for Derek trying to save the woman's life. But the fight with him and Sloan. Hot damn. Mark picked a bad time to tell Derek about him and Lexie.

See.. what else.... I think Bailey will make a great peds doctor.

Burn Notice:

Ok, Michael freaking out that Fi may have die in the fire. Him caressing her face and then getting her breakfast the day. awww, even if she left. I like how Fi is playing it cool and making Michael talk to her about it but not playing hard to get. You know what I mean? I really like these two together. I've heard what ifs about Fi being the one who burned Michael but I hope they are not true.

But her comment at the end Thursday night's show has me paranoid. Where she says she needs Michael alive. Is it because she loves him? Or because she's behind all of this? Next weeks show looks good with Michael's ex fiance showing up. Love the look on Fi's face.


Life on Mars:

I missed the first episodes cause my DVR went crazy. So I missed what happened with the basement and with Gene's daughter Maria. I enjoyed last night's episode. With Sam so close to finding out how to get home. The cyptic message from the hooker was kind of creepy.

I have to agree with annie as to why Ray is sooo... what's the word.. I don't know. But why he's so afraid of Annie. Maybe deep down he admires her? Nah, i don't think so.

Stilll to watch: Bones, Sarah Connor and Dollhouse.

So I was catching up on Life On Mars, and this little one hit wonder got stuck in my head. That and the actor who portrayed the singer is kind of hot. For your listening pleasure.

Ok, thought this beginning clip was funny. Ha ha.



Ok, so after a night of partying, Sam receives a phone call from a phone that's unplugged. It's his mom telling him that if he doesn't respond, they're going to pull him off of life support at 2 pm. Gene walks in shortly saying they have a hostage situation. If the demands aren't met by 2 pm, the hostages die.

Sam has to figure out how to communicate with his mom to not take him off life support and to save the hostages.

My thoughts so far:

I really like this show. I loved when Sam fell off the table and popped back up saying, "who's bad." I like how he could see Maya on the tv via soap opera.

I'm also wondering if what Sam does in 1973 will show up in 2008 when and if he returns. I'm hoping that he'll look up Annie and say, "Told ya I was from the future." That's just me.

Next week Sam meets his dad. That should be good.

I haven't watched last night's episode yet (just about to after watching this clip). But i saw this sneak peek on you tube and had to share. Too funny.



I love the end when says, "How I roll." LOL!

Is anyone else watching this new cop/crime drama on ABC? It's on right after Grey's Anatomy. At first I was adamant that I was NOT going to get sucked into another show. I'm watching too many already but when I saw that Jason O'Mara was starring in it. I gave in.

Is anyone else in love with Jason O'Mara? I first saw him when I was watching the BBC series Monarch of the Glen, thought he was super hot. Then he popped up in ABC's Men in Trees, which by the way I'm super bummed they canceled, as Marion's super hot publisher guy, Stuart. Clearly I heart Jason O'Mara, so I knew I'd be sold on Life on Mars. Speaking of the BBC, I just Googled "Life on Mars" and apparently, like so many other series, Life on Mars was a BBC series first. Hm, interesting tid-bit.

Ok, back to the show. So what, you might be wondering, is Life on Mars about? Well, the extremely handsome Jason O'Mara plays NYC police detective Sam Tyler. In this first episode we're introduced to the case Sam is working on with his partner and girlfriend, Maya Daniels, played by Lisa Bonet. They are hunting down a murderer, Colin Raimes, who, due to a somewhat questionable alibi, is released from police custody. Maya, fearing he will kill again, follows Raimes without Sam and turns up missing.

Sam, as you might image, is frantic trying to find her and, in the process, manages to get hit by a car. When he wakes up he's no longer in 2008 but has been mysteriously transported to 1973. Where he is still a detective for the same precinct. Sam, understandably, has some doubts about the reality of his situation but things soon become clear that his trip through time is somehow related to the crime he and Maya were investigating in 2008.

Life on Mars has a great cast in addition to O'Mara and Bonet including Harvey Keitel, Michael Imperioli, and Gretchen Mol.

I was wondering about the name of the show before I saw it, wondering if it was in reference to the time travel or what. When Sam gets hit by the car in 2008 he's listening to David Bowie's hit single "Life on Mars" and when he wakes up in 1973 his ipod has been replaced with an 8 track and it too is playing David Bowie's "Life on Mars".

Aside from Jason O'Mara my other favorite part of the show....??! THE MUSIC. It's got an awesome soundtrack. :)
